The hotel is wonderfully situated near the main attractions and offers a mix of peacefulness away from the busy tourist areas. The rooms are beautifully adorned with rose petals and candles, featuring great amenities and rejuvenating rain multi-function showers in every bathroom. However, the service lacked knowledge about our prior conversations and was challenging to reach. The location earns a perfect score due to its immediate access to everything Venice has to offer, a bustling dining area, and the enchanting experience of being greeted by a lovely Italian woman near a small canal. Dining was included and featured delightful crepes.

My stay at this hotel was truly remarkable. The rooms were elegant and inviting, with a beautiful rain multi-function shower that felt luxurious. I also enjoyed the thoughtful touch of rose petals and candles that added to the ambiance. The view from my room was simply breathtaking. However, there were some issues with the service as they seemed unaware of what was communicated over the phone, and I had difficulty reaching the receptionist we had spoken to.
